addendum: one peculiarity of the blogger's editing interface:
your post does not actually become visible on the web site http://iowa_intermedia.blogspot.com until you 'post & publish' it.
(clicking on the 'post' button only gives you a preview of the post in the space below the editing area.)

To publish your post:
a. write a comment.
b. click on 'post'
c. click on 'view web page' to verify that your post is up on the web site.

I look forward to reading your comments.
All the best.

Capsule introductions:
Jon Winet.
I am an intermedia artist working in new media in collaboration with writer Margaret Crane. Our work operates at the intersections of image and text, and art and technology research, exploring interdisciplinary collaborative production, new media, installation, art and social issues, experimental hypertext narrative, public art, art in print, multimedia and community-building initiatives. In a range of projects, we have worked with other artists, music composers, theater artists, scientists, engineers and professionals working in urban planning, sociology, medicine and social work.
